Pregnancy Scrabble

Our weekend evenings (and all other evenings) have generally consisted of me laying on/propped against something. Lucky for us, the Sorensens are pretty much in the same boat (though they're about to get out of it--baby Curtis is due at the end of this month!).

This weekend we went out for Italian, and followed that up with playing Mario Party (on the couch) and an impromptu brownie baking. The week before, it was more sitting on the couch, watching Sneakers and playing Pregnancy Scrabble.

Have you ever played?

It goes like this:

Pregnant woman: "G-A-T-O-R." or "F-I-N-I-S-H-E-R-S." or "A-M-P."

Patient husband: "Is that a word?" or "Isn't that sort of slang?" or "Isn't that just short of amplifier?"

Other pregnant woman: "This is Pregnancy Scrabble. It's a word."

Other patient husband: *silently takes the next turn*
